  • Receive, endorse, deposit, and disburse all cashier's checks, certified funds, wire transfers, and settlement proceeds;
  • Execute irrevocable escrow closing directives, settlement agreements, mutual releases, and covenants; and
  • Acquire, hold, encumber, lease, manage, and convey fee-simple title to real property.
• 8. Statutory Third-Party Protection & Reliance (NRS § 163.008(4)): The Trust has not been revoked, modified, or amended in any manner that would cause the representations contained in this Certificate to be incorrect. Pursuant to Nevada Revised Statutes § 163.008(4):

  "A person who acts in reliance upon a certificate of trust without knowledge that the representations contained therein are incorrect is not liable to any person for so acting and may assume without inquiry the existence of the facts contained in the certificate."
